Importance of Exercise
The importance of exercise is highly recommended by the World Health Organisation, professionals in all areas of the health sector and the fitness industry. On a personal level, we all have some understanding of the benefits of exercise.
For senior golfers, the importance of exercise cannot be understated. If you stay fit and flexible golf is a lifelong sport. Being of good health, adds metaphorical gold in one’s senior years.

My Customised Exercise Program
There are many YouTubers who provide worthwhile exercise programs, you may already have your own favourites. I have customised my exercise program to include elements of all 6 exercises starting with stretches, following the full routine by Tone Tighten. The other 5 exercises I mix and match depending on time and mood. My exercise time varies between 30 to 45 minutes, 3 times weekly, the other 2 I visit the driving range or the golf course. I include weights most exercise days and rotate stretching routines with other Tubers. Weekends are for social activities.
Build your own customised exercise program to suit your own life situation.
Golf Drills
Drills I include in my exercise routine, these are to imbed muscle memory for
elements of the swing. I will go into more detail in a future post.
Why Exercise?
The benefits of exercise are proven scientifically, and in many, very personal ways.
The joy of movement and mental well-being are treasures beyond value.
Stay healthy, have fun out there.
